A system of aluminum profiles without thermal insulation intended for making interior structures: light walls and glazing and opening windows.
The purpose of this section is to introduce you to the various options and variations in selecting the right type of insulating glass for your window or door frames. To learn about the specifics of a particular type of glass, please select the appropriate item from the menu below.
The basic glazing packages available in our offer are built as follows:
Designers need modern façade glass solutions to change traditional construction materials for the better in terms of quality, aesthetics, better energy use and easier installation. The answer to the demands of modern architecture has become solar control glasses. They are used mainly in offices and public buildings to improve aesthetics and reduce unwanted heat buildup.
Based on the appearance of the glass and its effect on reducing solar radiation, it can be divided into absorptive and reflective. Top-Plast has the following types of solar control glass in its basic offer.
optimum room temperature
reduce ventilation and heating costs
reduction of uv radiation transmittance
VSG laminated glass can be used in situations where we care about increase resistance to burglary. The use of the right type of glass will help us achieve the desired goal, and will also allow us to keep the aesthetics of the facade unchanged (then we eliminate bars, shutters or blinds). VSG laminated glass is also a glass that can also perform the function of security for its users. VSG glazing provides protection against injury wherever there is a danger of glass breakage due to the conditions of use, and people are within the range of glass shards. Such places are, for example, hospitals, schools, nurseries and storefronts.
In our offer we have the following variants of laminated glass:

BENEFITS:
Protection from noise is among the more important problems of our lives. A prerequisite for guaranteeing proper comfort, and sometimes even living in a room, is to ensure low noise levels.
The perception of noise in a room is governed by the following principle - if the noise level in the room is reduced by 10 dB compared to what it is outside, the impression is that it is half as loud. Noise protection must be used wherever the noise source cannot be eliminated. In such cases, we have to deal with sound-absorbing double glazing.
Sound-absorbing sets are built on the basis of the asymmetry of the glass panes, their flexible connections and the use of damping gases in the space between the panes. Insulating glass units - depending on the construction - achieve sound insulation within the limits of Rw=28-53 dB. When choosing the right sound insulation, the source of the noise should be determined in each case. Due to the action of many factors that have varying importance and impact on noise attenuation, the selection of sound-absorbing glass should each time be handled by a suitably qualified person. As a result, it will be possible to individually estimate the noise level and adjust the glazing set with adequate sound attenuation parameters. This is an activity that has a fundamental impact on achieving optimal room comfort.
Top-Plast has in its offer glazing packages that allow to achieve weighted average acoustic insulation of 31 to 52 dB. For all offered glazing packages with increased acoustic protection we have applied certificates.
Glass is an inherently brittle material. Thanks to the tempering process, changes in internal stresses take place in its structure, causing an increase in bending strength. Tempered glass means safety. Its breakage leads to the breakdown of the sheet into small particles with blunt edges. This feature makes tempered glass used in particularly responsible and sensitive areas - with a high risk of shattering or subjected to strong sunlight.

Frames in double glazing due to their structure can be divided into:
The basic variant commonly used in glazing packages is the use of a standard inter-pane frame made of aluminum, the advantage of which is undoubtedly the low price. Aluminum, on the other hand, has a much higher thermal conductivity than other window components. The aluminum frame at the edge of the glass is therefore the last route of excessive heat transfer from the room to the outside. This effect has been taken into account in the new approach to calculating Uw window and was described by the Psi coefficient (Ψ). The solution to the problem can be the use of a warm spacer, made of a composite insulating material called a warm frame
Warm spacer is made of materials with very good insulating properties .This is a type of spacer designed to reduce thermal bridging at the junction of the edge of the glass pane with the frame. What does it consist of? The gas that fills the space between the panes of glass provides a buffer to retain heat, and the inner pane ultimately keeps it inside the house. The frame can be a weak point. However, if a good insulator is used, it can prevent condensation inside the glazing package. The warm frame uses plastic that does not conduct heat, so there are no thermal bridges that reduce the technical parameters of the window.
The main advantages of using warm frames:
Warm frames available in our offer come in the following colors (TGI)

Windows with fully concealed hardware look impressive and are easy to maintain. The activPilot Select hardware is capable of holding even large and heavy window sashes (up to 150 kg) - a solution optimally adapted to the high aesthetic requirements of modern architecture.
Increase the level of security
Let's remember the proverb: "Opportunity makes the thief." If you leave your home, even for a short time, without securing it, you are inviting burglars. Burglars, however, go for the easy way, looking for weak points in the house to achieve their goal as quickly as possible.
According to statistics, most burglaries do not take place at night, but during the day, between 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. When residents are out, the perpetrators take the plunge.
48% of burglaries are through balcony doors, 31.9% through windows. Front doors are attacked in 12,43% of cases, and the basement accounts for 7,24% of burglaries. In the first instance in single-family homes, burglars mainly push through patio doors and windows. *
The purpose of this section is to introduce you to the different variants of window handles and types of ventilators that can be used in the window joinery we offer. In order to familiarize yourself with the available options, please select the appropriate item from the menu below.
HOPPE aluminum window handle with technology Secustik i VarioFit:
Secustik window handles are equipped with a locking mechanism, which is an integrated base security. Making it difficult to move the window hardware from the outside. At the same time, the coupling element between the handle and the stem acts as a kind of "mechanical diode". While it allows normal operation of the window handle from the inside, it locks it when you try to manipulate it with the hardware from the outside.Window ventilators (a.k.a. window ventilators) are devices installed in windows that bring outside air into rooms in a continuous and controlled manner. They play an important role in the proper circulation of air inside the building. Even when the windows are tightly closed, ventilators allow fresh air to be supplied in accordance with current regulations. Ventilators operate unmanned and automatically, do not require power supply, do not cool rooms like window unseals, protect against excessive noise from outside.
Below are the types of diffusers available in our offer:
Differential Pressure Controlled Ventilator. Automatic differential pressure control provides an optimal climate inside your home. The humidistatic ventilator allows air flow at the level of 26,1 m3/h (with the ventilator open)
Precise humidity-based control, compact size and aluminum housing. The precise hygrometer measures the relative humidity in the room, adjusting the ventilation rate according to the humidity level. The hygrometer ventilator allows an airflow of 38.0 m3/h (with the ventilator open)
Acoustic ventilators are dedicated to properties that are located in areas that are particularly exposed to high noise levels. Due to their design, they allow noise attenuation levels of up to 48dB (the noise attenuation value for the diffuser).*
*The value of acoustics we can achieve for a given window construction should be selected individually(important the type of glazing package used, etc).
An unquestionable advantage of the notch ventilators is the fact that they remain invisible after installation. Because of this advantage, they allow optimal air flow in the room.
The above presented offer is for illustrative purposes only. Due to the variety of products for the selection of the optimal product for your expectations, please ask the seller.

In defining the sound characteristics of building partitions, a quantity called the weighted sound insulation index (Rw) and correction indices (C and Ctr). They give an average number of decibels attenuated by the partition in the band from 100 to 3150 Hz, without accurately reporting the level of attenuation in subsequent bands from the specified frequency range. PRESS GLASS has test certificates for sound-absorbing glazing with a weighted average sound insulation of 31 to 52 dB.
